Get involved

Is your workplace, local business, or voluntary or community organisation involved in becoming greener – or would they like to? Do they know about Greenweeks? Make sure they do. It takes just a few people to get together to make things happen.

There are many ways to get involved with Greenweeks – whatever your budget and however much or little time you have!

Go along to an eventview all events or use the search events facility to find events near you

Hold an eventadd your event to the programme or consider having a stall at a Greenweeks event. Look at the requirements [PDF 15KB] to hold an event.

Monitor your event - please complete an event monitoring form [WORD 72KB] once your event has taken place - this will enable us to co-ordinate an even better Greenweeks next year!

Get public feedback - during your event hand out questionnaires [WORD 28KB] to members of the public who attend.

Keep up-to-date - sign up for Greenweeks e-newsletters to get the latest news.

Provide items for our delegate or information packs - offer useful items made from recycled materials or literature with handy hints on going green

Tell your friends! – make sure your friends, colleagues and family know about Greenweeks. You could put a link to the Greenweeks website on your website or staff intranet and include an article in your newsletter.
